Evan takes run #204 out of 5067, on an absolutely gorgeous afternoon. We had the entire hill to ourselves for almost 2 hours.
I took Evan and 2 of his cousins to the local toboggan hill this afternoon. Perfect conditions for it – fresh powder, and falling snow, keeping the run pretty much ideal. Nobody got hurt (bonus) but they did get cold quickly. Nothing a mug of hot chocolate couldn’t cure quickly, though…
it was finally warm enough to go tobaganning today, and Evan had a blast. I did a couple of runs with him, then he did his own thing for over an hour. he’ll sleep tonight…
I wound up with a lensfull of snow and ice after this run. also, the battery froze, so the camera shut down before we were done on the hill. worth it.

the sun popped behind the houses and mountains just as we started tobogganing. lots of great dry powder means the hill was fast, and we didn’t wind up getting soaked with wet melting snow. perfect conditions.
