This is lovely. Thank you.
On a related note, a colleague of mine is moving to Manitoba and we’ve noticed a proliferation of YouTube videos of people filming their drive through Winnipeg, right through the windshield, in all kinds of weather. Do you know what this is about?
There is also a proliferation of videos wherein people in midwinter boil water, run outside, and throw it in the air. I do understand the reasoning behind this trend, even though the videos all end exactly the same way.
thanks.
I’m not sure what the deal is in Manitoba. They’ve got issues there. I’m guessing it’s a combination of the insanely cold winters, and insanely mosquito-infested summers. it’d make anyone do weird things…
Cool video. Seems like a trecherous ride. You must be a reall hard core roadie. Cheers.
good ride. looks about the same as mine. 40-50 minutes.
bus driver ran me off the road yesterday. we exchanged greetings at his next stop and he showed no remorse whatsoever. I only hope the intersection cameras caught him in the act and the city does something about him. I’ll be spending more time on the sidewalk until summer. life alterning moment for sure. watch out for Bus 3 in the mornings on elbow. especially a bus driver who looks like a fatter version of bill clinton.
I’ve had my share of fun with bus drivers trying to teach me a lesson, or not being aware that their bus is a large vehicle.
