2009-06-28 got'er doneI lugged my camera and Flip on the Ride to Conquer Cancer, to document some of the ride. It was a pretty epic bike ride – the hardest thing I’ve ever done – but was well worth it.

Thank you to everyone that supported me in any way – it definitely made the pain of the ride easier to push through.

Full resolution photos are available on Flickr, and I apologize for my severe lack of video production skills…

Thanks for the video dnorman! It definitely captures the power and feeling of the ride, although nothing beats being there. As hard as the ride was, and although the hills were killer and the winds strong enough to blow you over, the ride was, as all of the slogans say, epic. I for sure will never forget the experience and the inspiration gathered from that ride, and I will be back next year!

Nothing to apologize for, D’arcy. Loved the video. Really made me nostalgic for Southern Alberta. Congratulations.
