		<description>Thanks, Stephen. Of course, as you start to use any camera (not just a DSLR - focal lengths apply to point-and-shoots as well) this stuff becomes automatic. With enough practice, you can start to get a feel for what each lens and/or focal length will do. That&#039;s one of the main reasons I started the photo-a-day project, so I&#039;d have to keep shooting, and eventually have to try all of my lenses etc... so the techno stuff would just disappear...</description>

While my little PowerShot is in sick bay, I have been enjoying the Digital Rebel all over again; even with the stock slow lens, the picture quality i superb.</description>
