I was riding to work during the summer, but stopped early into fall. I live only about 1 mile from work and the ride in is mostly all downhill. I had stopped riding because I made the excuse of having to go into town at lunch for errands and that meant I didn't have time to ride my bike back home at lunch just to get my car (I live right next to the University where I work, which together are about 6 miles out of town). I printed this post out and taped it to the cabinet above me desk for inspiration. I'm going to start riding every gosh darn diddly-arn day unless it is raining or I have a legitimate errand to run in town, which I will limit to 1 day per week if needed. I'll even do it through the winter season (oh wait, I live in Southern California -- we don't have normal seasons to deal with, just warm, cool, and fire...). Congrats on the milestone.
