Lora, you have got to be fucking kidding me. Playboy McCarthy is a fucking stripper. She’s not a doctor. Just because she’s hot and good for TV ratings, doesn’t make her opinion worth the shit it’s written in. McCarthy is a vapid moron, actively promoting ignorance and inciting people to give up on proven medical science. She should be banned from speaking in public. She’s free to continue taking her clothes off, though. She is quite good at that. But speaking intelligently, about anything more meaningful than “likes long walks on the beach” – no. She needs to go away, now. And shame on Larry King and CNN for promoting this dangerous bullshit. But you know they only put her on because she’s hot, and people will tune in to watch the ads while they ogle her and her moron husband.

Please. PLEASE. Please get your head out of McCarthy’s ass. She is dangerous. She is actively harming children. She needs to be stopped. And your promoting her imbicilic braindead rantings is only contributing to the damage.

FYI: I saw Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey on Larry King Live last night. They were talking about their new book on autism. Jenny is doing all she can to get to the bottom of the cause and the cure for her son and Jim is by her side. They are getting cooperation from at least two medical men, who were also on the program.

Lora, again, CORRELATION DOES NOT EQUAL CAUSATION. I don’t know if there is a significant correlation between formula-fed children and incidence of autism – I haven’t seen any data on that. But even if there were, that doesn’t mean that formula-feeding causes autism. There could be some other factor – perhaps the plastics in the bottles? the chemicals in the synthetic nipples? some other coincident factor? (socioeconomic, etc…).

I am not equating it with The Holocaust. The word means widespread destruction, which is true of HFCS. When I was researching corn I found it referred to that way.
Corn was evolved in North America. It is high in sugars. When you modify corn starch you make it really sweet.
You will be amazed at where you will find it. Dairy products, meats, sauces, candy, drinks, canned goods…. It is cheap for big corn growing countries like Canada.
Do you know how the mercury gets into the HFCS?
Do we know if formula fed babies have a higher rate of autism? HFCS is probably in formula, too.
Very sad story we have woven for love of money.
