I know that the beta of 5.x-2.0 is marked as rekommended, but it's more buggy and less stable. There's really no big need to switch to 2.0 yet for most people, afaik. I actually debugged it to the source looking at the stack and wrote a patch. Hopefully they'll commit it. It is seeming as things get more complicated, there is a lot more code floating around that has not been tested all that well.
