		<description>Malcom Gladwell commented on the Pepsi challenge in his book Blink. It turned out that more people liked the taste of Pepsi over coke in the Pepsi challenge. However in real life, more people preferred the taste of coke. Why ? Pepsi was sweeter, and apparently people like the inital burst of sweetness. But, with more consumed, the sweetness got sickening.  People do not  drink sips, but this was what the Pepsi Challenge selected for - the inital preference after one sip. How many other &quot;taste test&quot; or models are only designed to test initial impressions and not actual real world &quot;use&quot; or preferance ?</description>
