Depends on what you want to do. If you just want to run a blog, WordPress makes the most sense (this blog is now running on WordPress 2.5). If you want to do some really funky application type stuff, then Drupal is totally the way to go.

For individual blogs, I highly recommend WordPress.

For high-end websites and complicated content management, I hightly recommend Drupal.

Depends entirely on what you want to do.

Hmm, I do need to get off Blogger, but Drupal looks like more problems than WordPress.

It’s looking not too shabby – except, of course, for the drupal logo. As a default theme this looks way nicer than previous version of Druapl that I’ve seen.

In a way it’s kind of a shame I’m almost done with migrating all my PHP scripts to Ruby with the goal of removing PHP from my server.

right. I’ll have my graphic design department work up a new logo for my blog.

why are you wanting to remove php completely? it’s pretty handy, with phpMyAdmin, etc… all written in it…

I whipped up some small logo-sized images and borrowed the rotator.php technique I’d been using for blog banners. The Drupal logo should now be gone (and IE/win should stop barfing on the .png with transparency)

I too had problems with the TinyMCE editor, but the FCKeditor module is working well.
