Registration for Northern Voice 2007 just opened up. The speaker list and schedule hasn’t been announced yet, but if it’s anything like the first two NV events, it’s going to be absofrigging great. I’m not sure how I’m getting there yet, but I’ll be there. I may have bandages on my back where my kidneys were, but it’ll be worth it. I just registered for both days.

Duh, I should have pinged you guys and we could have cooked up some irrationally weird workshop proposal. But hey, we can still do that for Moosecamp!!! Whahooo!

Ha, unfortunately no such luck. I sound like Ewan McGregor doing a fake yorkshire accent in “Brassed Off”. His fake Sir Alec Guinness accent would be far more preferable.

Cool! So, you sound like Ewan McGregor! From Trainspotting, or Star Wars?

It’ll be awesome to have you! We got space for crashing reserved… now, to menu planning.

Chris, you’re talking about Vancouver. You’ll likely not be the only person with an accent. But I’m not sure I’d be able to distinguish north/south english…

I just registered too. If you meet a geeky looking guy with a northern english accent looking kind of lost and bemused, that will probably be me ;O)
