		<description>One time many years ago (before the wonderous invention called backups) my entire mail archive was lost from my email server. It was eerie to log on in the morning and see a completely empty inbox.  Not a single message. At first, I felt uncomfortable, slightly uneasy - as if a part of my existence had been erased.  But, within a few moments that feeling changed to elation, like a burden had been lifted from my shoulders. I began to think that, if I had no email then that must mean I am caught up! I have no pressing projects, no urgent matters to attend to.  I suddenly had a second chance. I had a clean slate.  I was starting from the beginning. Fresh.

And then I heard that damn ping....</description>
