Pito - I'm pretty sure it will be a temporary switch. I'll have to come back and play with BB as it advances. It's probably the most innovative RSS app at the moment, just has a few rough edges that need to be filed down ;-)

As for search, I need to be able to find both feeds (sometimes I only know a portion of the URL of the feed, and want to see the last x posts, etc...) but the most useful search is a fulltext search on all post titles and contents. Sort of like a BB smart feed for "contains...", but without having to create an explicit smart feed to do it. It's just sooo handy having a search field right in the UI.

I'm sure I'll be blogging it all when I get time to think more about it :-)

Well as much as it saddens me to see you switch, of course I respect your decision. And also of course, I hope that we will win you back with new and cool goodies that we are working on now :)

One thing I ask is that you send me suggestions for improving BlogBridge based on your experiences with Vienna, which I just downloaded myself to see. I suppose your three BB complaints above would be your #1, #2, and #3 suggestions. #1 and #3, are definitely priorities. #2 would be nice but is problematic for us given that we really want to be cross platform.

On search I do have a question: when you miss search in BB, are you typically looking for a misplaced Feed, for an article on some topic... in other words how would you prioritize search capabilities?

Thanks for your help!
