Take care of yourself - I too used to love the idea of 'cycles' in the academic year but have found, like you, that these are fast disappearing. Myself, I am taking an organization-mandated break next week, even though project deadlines won't really accomodate it, but I need to to keep my sanity and health together. Find a way to get one too (though the business trips to Hawaii and California might have helped a bit too, eh?)
