		<description>100% agree; in fact it&#039;s the same reason that I don&#039;t employ any spam software at all! it is simply too dumb, and the costs of its mistakes (deleting good messages a.k.a. &quot;false positives,&quot; or in the case of auto-responder software, ruining ones&#039; online reputation and annoying everyone else) for me remain far higher than the cost of dealing with these problems myself (either by manually deleting spam, which costs me 35-60 seconds a day, or by explaining to critical folks when I am not going to be online). But it did hurt when I didn&#039;t hear back from you in under 15 minutes, sniff... (just joking - couldn&#039;t believe you actually wrote back while you were at WWDC!)</description>
