"false positives," or in the case of auto-responder software, ruining ones' online reputation and annoying everyone else) for me remain far higher than the cost of dealing with these problems myself (either by manually deleting spam, which costs me 35-60 seconds a day, or by explaining to critical folks when I am not going to be online). But it did hurt when I didn't hear back from you in under 15 minutes, sniff...
