Trying the Flickr Blog This feature…

Hey. that worked pretty well! Easy peasy. Some more-complicated-than-necessary HTML in the new post, but that’s not fatal. Cool.

1 gillian February 28, 2005 at 1:00 pm: I don’t use Flickr’s “blog this” feature, preferring to use the “different sizes” feature, grab the html for the preferred size and then cutting and pasting it into my own blog entry form.

I do agree, the html that “blog this” outputs is more than what’s necessary. With my version of Movable Type it makes my entry look like this: http://www.gunson.ca/blog/archives/2005/02/bloggable_me_1.html (note the weird font size for the first paragraph).

2 D'Arcy February 28, 2005 at 1:22 pm: Yeah. That’s what I usually do, too – I only _just now_ found the “different sizes” link! It used to be an icon above the image, now it’s a text link on the right side. Crap. I thought they dropped that feature…
