I don’t use Flickr’s “blog this” feature, preferring to use the “different sizes” feature, grab the html for the preferred size and then cutting and pasting it into my own blog entry form.
I do agree, the html that “blog this” outputs is more than what’s necessary. With my version of Movable Type it makes my entry look like this: http://www.gunson.ca/blog/archives/2005/02/bloggable_me_1.html (note the weird font size for the first paragraph).
Yeah. That’s what I usually do, too – I only _just now_ found the “different sizes” link! It used to be an icon above the image, now it’s a text link on the right side. Crap. I thought they dropped that feature…
