Tempest would be cool. I wasn’t much of a Tempest player, though. I was hooked on Star Castle instead – remember that one? If not, a quick Google search will refresh your memory. Star Castle would be awesome using the scroll wheel – though I don’t think the iPod is quite up to the task of vector graphics.

Oh, yeah… Star Castle was cool. It was in my local convenience store for a while, and I got pretty good at it. I bet the iPod could render it OK, but the controls would be a bit quirky (how to accelerate? shoot? smart bomb? turn?) It could get a bit crowded on the scroll wheel…

But still… it is pretty cool having Asteroids on the iPod…

capture streaming radio, then to Ipod?
