Also, JMS doesn&#039;t necessarily tie you to Java if the underlying provider has client bindings for other languages.  Obviously you&#039;d be limited to sending messages in
some intermediate, known format (eg, it wouldn&#039;t make sense to use ObjectMessage to send a serialized Java object to an Objective-C program), but it could work.  Just send
text messages or some in-house defined binary standard.</description>
